FAQ
Common questions
Do I need to send original documents?
No. We only need clear scans for preparation. Originals are taken to VFS on appointment day.
Can I apply for my whole family?
Yes — one nominated person can submit for spouse, children, or parents. WhatsApp us for a family package quote.
What about surrender of my Indian passport?
If you became a foreign citizen while still holding an Indian passport, surrender is usually required first. We guide you through it and can bundle preparation with Fresh OCI.
Do you serve clients outside London?
Yes — across all UK regions. Your VFS visit is at your local centre (for example London, Birmingham, or Edinburgh) based on jurisdiction rules.
