Refund policy

No refunds: As a service-based company, all purchases are final. Consultancy and application support (including phone guidance) begin once payment is made, so refunds are not offered. Please review service details and ask us before ordering. Modifications: Once a service has started, it cannot be changed or transferred; each new requirement is treated as a separate service.

Important service notes

Express processing: Documents received within 48 hours of your VFS appointment may be subject to an express processing fee.
Form validity: Forms prepared by Matrix NRI are valid for six months; after that, a new service request is required.
Electronic submission: We accept documents by email only; physical submissions are not accepted at our address.
Regulatory changes: If rules change during your application, you must comply with any new requirements from the authorities.
