WhatsApp or email a clear photo (white background, neutral expression) and a clear signature scan or photo on plain white paper.
We check against current specifications
Files are reviewed against the latest OCI portal requirements — dimensions, aspect ratio, background colour, file size, and image quality.
Reformat and return
We crop, resize, and recompress the files to the exact specification, and return JPG files that are ready for direct portal upload.
Optional re-shoot guidance
If your original photo cannot be safely cropped to specification, we send brief re-shoot instructions and review the new photo at no additional charge.

How quickly will I get my files back?
Most photo and signature reformats are returned the same day when documents are received during support hours.
Can you also format photos for Indian passport and visa applications?
Yes. We format photos for OCI, Indian passport (Passport Seva), e-Visa, PAN, and PCC. Confirm the destination service when you send the file.
What if my photo cannot be made to fit?
We tell you immediately and send re-shoot instructions — including background, lighting, and framing tips. Review of the new photo is included.
Do you keep my photo or signature on file?
No — files are deleted after delivery in line with our retention policy.
What is your fee?
Our standalone formatting fee is shared on WhatsApp. Photo and signature formatting is also included free when you book any of our full application services.
